  • Which plan is right for me?

    Starter is a good choice if you're just getting going with your business. If you do your job and we do ours, you'll be ready for the Professional plan within a few months.


    Professional is what you'll want to go with if you're up & running and are ready to take the next step with your business. The additional users and contacts that are included with this plan already make it more than worth it, but the reports give you real-time data that you can actually take immediate action on. It's in that data that profits are made.


    Premier is for businesses that have been growing or are established and are ready to streamline their processes, add engagement scoring and multi-step automations, and supercharge their data. Premier users also get priority support, which means you jump to the head of the line when you need help... or just want to say hi.

  • How do I add more contacts, users, etc?

    If you need more contacts over the baseline level included in your plan, they will be automatically added. 


    And adding more users and review profiles can be done directly within your BaseStation dashboard.


    Every user account comes with 1 inbox, and each inbox comes with 1 phone number. Adding more is easy.


    Each of these items is billed monthly (as opposed to yearly), and you only pay for the maximum amount of inboxes and phone numbers that are in your account for the month. So if you delete any of these items, then next month you won't be charged for them.

  • What's the cost for more contacts, users, etc?

    We’re still working on that, but rest assured it will be very reasonable.


    Items that you add to your plan are billed monthly (as opposed to yearly), and you only pay for the maximum number of contacts, users, and review profiles that are in your account for the month. So if you delete any of these items, then next month you won't be charged for them.

  • Are there any limits to how many emails, texts, phone calls, etc I can send and receive?

    The short answer is yes, but most BaseStation users stay well within the limit. 


    And if you go over the limit, you’ll be charged more this month, but not the next month (unless you continue to exceed the limit).


    The longer answer is that each BaseStation account comes with monthly ‘communication credits’ that are directly tied to the number of contacts in your account. 


    So if you exceed your communication credit allotment for the month, the system makes more credits available to you by automatically adding more contact blocks to your account.


    Most BaseStation users do not need additional communication credits unless they're sending a very large volume of messages. 


    If you use less communication credits than the next lowest block of contacts during the following month, then the system will automatically adjust down to that level of contacts so you never pay for more contacts or communication credits than you need.

  • Is there an onboarding or coaching fee?

    No. Heck no. Why would we charge you an additional amount to get help with the system? 


    We think it's total BS that our competitors charge mandatory onboarding and coaching fees (and we don't mean "BaseStation" when we say "BS").

  • Do you have a free trial option?

    Great question, and the answer is no. Here's why: most users of free trials never end up using the software they sign up for. That's fine for most software companies because they don't care about you unless you're paying them (why would they?).
